Welcome to KYP
Kushal Yuva Program here in after referred in short as “KYP” is a flagship skill development initiative of the Government of Bihar under the Bihar Skill Development Mission. The program aims to empower the youth by providing training in communication skills, computer knowledge and soft skills to improve their employability and confidence.
The main objective of KYP is to prepare young individuals for better employment opportunities and self-reliance by enhancing their personality, professional skills and technical understanding. The program is implemented through authorized training centers across Bihar to ensure quality training and equal opportunities for all eligible candidates without any discrimination of caste, creed, gender, religion or social background.
